I have had this video sitting in my library for so long and hadn't gone into it cause you are so amazing i wanted to be able to keep up. so i practiced and had some life tragedies that slowed me down but came back to yoga and decided today to finally finish this video and I'm so glad i did. my type of scoliosis restricts my arms from going behind me but today somehow i was able to do prayer hands on my lower back……i almost cried cause i have struggled with this for so long i still can't interlace so well but i actually did prayer hands!! Thank you for what you do. i can finally keep up!!!
