  1. DP, how often you do Cardio? I am doing every 2nd day but trying to build but at the same time getting the lower gut away. My cardio consist of Day 1 Run (treadmill) Day 2 Sit-ups etc and then Day 3- cycle all for around 25min. Whats your thoughts?

  2. DP’s 3D boulder shoulders poppin off my phone screen! How the hell you stay flexible/mobile in your shoulders, chest and lats bro?? I know I can’t be the only one wondering 🤔
