Ok, first, I am ROTFLMAO at the cat… WHO IS CHILLIN!!! #thecoolestcatever. I am loving these exercises for beginners. like these are great…. But again, The cat!!! Vicky is over there doing her thing and he got his back turned as if she is bothering him… Hilarious!!!
Something that has always confused me a little bit is, when should I consume my protein and calories in order to grow muscle?(especifically legs and butt). I mean… should I consume them right after my workout? after 30 minutes? after 1 hour? at what time is it better?
my butt is "naturally" big via genetics so what i want to happen is lift them up 🤗 after i reach my desired weight of 43 kilos at the end of september i will be focusing on my legs and butt after woot woot! excited! 🍑🦵😊
