  2. Something that has always confused me a little bit is, when should I consume my protein and calories in order to grow muscle?(especifically legs and butt). I mean… should I consume them right after my workout? after 30 minutes? after 1 hour? at what time is it better?

  3. my butt is "naturally" big via genetics so what i want to happen is lift them up 🤗 after i reach my desired weight of 43 kilos at the end of september i will be focusing on my legs and butt after woot woot! excited! 🍑🦵😊
