  1. Bruv I guess I would be called a "Hater" tho I'm guessing this is more for a cardio workout, because this is not an accurate show case of the way one should Box.

    One crucial improvement you need fam, is getting your hand back at a defensive position with the opposite hand your punishing with. Other wise that's an easy knockout, can give you more tips if you care for it.bless
