  1. Thank you Cindy for making some videos for seniors and beginners! You are very inspirational and full of energy.
    I have a few suggestions that might help people that are new to cardio, elderly or just slow learners (me…lol)
    1. Start with slower paced warm up.
    2. Make it easier to learn and keep up by repeating one exercise a little longer. The changes come so quick. It's hard to keep up..lol (just me?)
    3. Save stretches for the end of the workout instead of stopping in the middle during a fast pace. (my heart was racing)
    4. Slower paced cool down and holding stretches longer. I was taught it takes 20 seconds for muscle to stretch completely.??
    All the work, time and effort you have put into making all these videos is sooooo appreciated! Thank you Cindy!
