I'm recovering from a recent back surgery and even though I've been doing Pilates since 1996 and until an accident in 2008 I was very limber and athletic, I couldn't quite figure out how to stretch my whole body…..and then I saw your beginners workout!! I'm signing off now cause I can wait to try it…..especially the last stretch! Sue

  2. Great video! I have a reformer. I haven't found a good work out for it with good instruction. I have to say this is the BEST video that explains how to start working out on the reformer and also which muscles to keep engaged etc! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

  3. As a newly trained Stott Pilates instructor, I learn so much about cueing watching your videos. I love that you are so clear and concise and that you have fun in your videos! What a winning personality. Love your dogs, too!

  4. Would love to hear a good suggestion for a home reformer for a newbie. Great video, but since I'll be doing this at home I need a quality suggestion. 🙂 Anyone want to chime in?
