  1. I got mine on Thursday morning
    Promptly put it together and tried to do this beginner workout. Lol Tried key word…
    So I modified it
    And just did 10 squats in each of the 3 positions.
    Thursday night same thing
    Friday morning and Friday night again same thing
    Saturday I could not walk. The work out was increasingly harder to do.
    I took Saturday off and didn’t do any squats, I was too darn sore.
    Today (Sunday)I did my morning and evening workout.
    Now mind you I’m only doing 10 squats in each position 2 x a day
    Question, when does it start getting easier.
    My legs are screaming
