  2. Motivation at it's finest💪🙂 I don't follow these videos completely, since I work out at home and don't have a lot of the things you use. But I really enjoy the voice overs since they give a better sense of what exactly you are doing🙂 Love seeing how you push through your workouts and don't give up. Thank you for insping me to get back up and move my body ❤ You are going to kill it at the weigh in, Lindsey!!
