  1. Hey Funk. Great to see you back! Just wondering if you could upload some workouts for those wanting to lose weight? Love watching your videos and feel inspired by them, however, due to my size (BMI above 30) I cannot always complete the workouts that you have shared. Would appreciate any knowledge you can impart or help you can give ☺️

  2. Another great video. As a beginner I look at the personal trainers at my gym and think to myself, 'who needs a Personal Trainer when l have Funk Roberts.' As a 32 year old exercising using bodyweight is what makes sense to me. For some unknown reason l feel like my body and mind benefit more than they would if l were to do weightlifting. I have been following Funk for about six months and l have incorporated almost all of his different workouts into my daily gym routine, l gym in the morning before work, my body feels awesome and flexible. South African here.

Check out this Sample 4 minute workout from my new 28 Day Abs Challenge for Men Over 40…It was a struggle, especially since this was after my MAIN workout which also had some abs and core movements in the circuit….Anyone can actually use this workout but my abs and core challenge is for men over the age of 40, 50 and 60 – BUT please try this workout and let me know how you did…you can do finisher circuits like this 5-6 days per week, as long as you are using a variety of exercises that target your core and abs – Get It Done and I LOVE YOU ALL!!! – Funk Roberts
