  1. Arnold didn't have a specific routine. He first espoused bodyweight training (Education of a Bodybuilder) then Olympic lifting then 5×5 (Reg Park) and full body (Gene Mozee Iron Man). Then he started split routines and high volume as you see in his Encyclopedia.

  2. 12:50 in the video and the fact that Arnold was tall and still able to get enough leverage to lift weights effectively makes him the best body builder of all time. Look at any other large name in body building and they are almost all below 6'0" tall. Kai Greene, Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, all midget heights below 5'10" or less.
