  1. Hi…can plz do a video on workouts using resistance band for major muscle groups like biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back and legs. You're style of workout has been really helpful. I can't get an appropriate search for resistance band workouts. Can you please help me. Please reply as an approval.

  2. Hey Buff dude please get back to me!! My Dad and someone else I found on youtube somewhere says the zotman curl isn't good for your wrist what do you think,my wrist are already pretty bad
