How exactly does this compare to cardio? Also, so far I've been doing cardio on the bicycle where you use your hands and legs and set resistance level that maches how long i wanna run. Is this more effective method???
First time I tried this, I breezed right through. Did it again with more weight, and this thing kicked my a#&!!! I was breathing heavier than when I run wind sprints. This is a great workout, particularly when you're pressed for time.

Quick question. I like this workout. I added bicep curls to the end. The thing is a day after this workout I start to feel my back. Not pain but stiffness. Is this something to avoid or fix with posture on my back row or deadlift (or squats?). Any tips welcome!
I commented on this thread before. I did this a modified version of this routine when I first went all out on a new diet / exercise regiment and lost over 30lbs!!

Would it be advisable to do these at the end of the workout after your main lifts? Or on your off days?I'm usually pretty dead doing these complexes.
I think this is nice way to warm up for the work out.
I just don't know when to add it in.. at the beginning of the week or the end of the week push day or a pull day

Ive been doing something similar to this w sets of 10. 3 sets then switch to another quad set. 30 second rest after each quad set.
Can I do this everyday for faster weight loss or is it not recommended to do everyday as the body will get used to the routine?
