DO NOT EVER BUY BRAGI! I had MANY problems trying to connect/pair these things. One of the stellar pieces of advice i got from one of the chat experts(thats what you get if you need support cuz they don't offer phone support) is that they "strongly" recommend charging them on your computer. I asked why and got no explanation. My question is, if these fucking things are made to swim with, hike on trails, go anywhere so you can listen to music, answer calls and translate languages, do i really need to take a laptop to charge them, really, they are that delicate?! come on! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE! Mine were custom molded and cost 600$ I spent close to 2 weeks and countless hours trying to get these fucking things to connect/update/reset over and over and over. I emailed multiple times in one day and got only one response. I went to the help chat and typed my fucking ass off for almost 3 hours and finally able to connect to phone and computer. The charger base is bad which was a lot of my problems. I told the tech on chat that the tapping functions didn't work correctly and he basically told me to read the manual. I don't think I should have to retap the fucking thing multiple, multiple, multiple times to get it to accept the commands. They have no phone support available and my problems would have been diagnosed and taken care of in a much shorter time if I could have talked to someone. I have a brand new MacBook pro and brand new iPhone so outdated technology was not the problem. If these fucking things lose their connections again, I simply cannot spend 3 fucking hours typing my fucking ass off again trying to reconnect. Returning them to the audiologist next business day. Nothing should be this difficult to connect to a fucking blue tooth!

get bose over apple its more comfortable and the sound is better and they are less susceptible to damage from fall or whether because they are also water and sweat resistance. Also if you don't have apple then they are useless ( I have an apple and I prefer the bose I have both and I sold the airports) They come with a free app too which works as a base or treble adjuster (and more than just that), a find my earphone app, and a radio and podcast station. also means nobody else can connect them to your phone over you and you can steal the connection from someone who is using them. you can also change the name that shows up in Bluetooth settings for the bose. They also come in way more coulors
Will you do the Jbuds Air Icon when they become available. I saw your review on the original Jbuds Air and they seem to have listened to the review you gave. I think these will give you a way better impression than the original ones.

This is so stupid . People spend lot more on Macdonald, the poison , and complain about 50$ more etc. do you want one of these ? What were you doing before this came to the Mkt. It’s a comfortable luxury. I don’t get this It’s like someone wants to buy a transportation and complain that Ferrari is not a good budget transportation. Helllooooop it’s about f8ck0ng 200 $. And you don’t need it to survive. I am upset because I am interested in a good quality only. It’s my focking ears. And I have to listen to bullshit of bad quality because it’s not expensive. If you can’t afford some cheap ass comfort luxury then don’t focking buy it. Wtf ???? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I had Sol Republic Amps Air and i brought them for just 70 $… However it was NOT worth the money, they hoped of AL THE TIME and had rely terrible connection because it was just connecting to one bud at the first time you try to connect, i even got new onece where they had the same problem as well. Sound quality however is fantastic.
