  1. I’ve been following your workouts since I discovered your videos in 2016. Got results so fast and I’m loving the burn ever since. I just hoped you also include how much calories are burned for this kind of workout cause I believe that would really help 💕

  2. When you're no longer saying "I hate you Rebecca" at least once during the workout, it's time to move to a more advanced video. I've been doing the Beginners Abs video for three months now, now I'm gonna do this one. I'm currently at three "I hate you Rebecca"s :')

  3. What exercise can I do instead of the slow crunches? It kills my neck :/ other than that, amazing workout!!! Perfect for slimming down the stomach&body and getting abs!

  4. Really enjoying your workouts, I do all my exercise at home round my kids (sometimes they join in). As a Mum of 4 boys I need to stay fit to keep up with them, but don't want to waste time travelling to a gym. Thanks for the motivation, much appreciated

  5. Hey Rebecca, absolutely LOVE your videos! Just one question: whenever I do any sort of ab workout that requires my arms, they always give out WAY before my abs do. I'd like to be stronger in my arms, but I don't want to "bulk up" either. What do you suggest? Which video would help me?

  6. Hey Rebecca, this may be a dumb request but is there any way you could do a tutorial on proper form? I don't know how to do do a proper lunge, sit up, crunches, plank, etc. I don't ever know if I am squeezing in my abs like we are supposed to. I want to make sure I am doing everything right, because when I watch your videos and you tell us we should be feeling it I don't really feel it. Like when doing sit ups or crunches, they kill my back every time. You are amazing and I really want to be healthier and slimmer so I can be happy with my appearance and feel confident being in my body. Hope you have an amazing day. 🙂
