  2. I recently gained a ton of weight over about a year and a half, and I finally started working out again to try to get back in shape. A buddy of mine told me how much weighted jump ropes help so I went looked them up and found Crossrope the next day. Then by complete luck I found this channel, and you’ve all been insanely helpful! I’m finally starting to lose a significant amount of weight and am down 13 pounds after about 2 and a half weeks. I’m about to try this workout every day for a week to see how much more I can lose 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

  3. im about to start middle school(Reagan Middle School)soon and my sisters said i have to run a track there that's a mile 4 times in 7 to 12 minutes so this is really helping me prepare btw nice video 🙂

  4. On my second day of trying to jump rope, still not used to jumping/skipping but I did way better than yesterday. Tomorrow will be fun, might try again later tonight, appreciate you guys. Learning to jump rope is fun, and I dislike running

  5. Holy cow! I did this 2x each day this entire week with only the 1lb rope, it was tough as hell but I lost 3 lbs in just one week! I know that's not a lot for a lot of ppl but for me that's a lot! Ive been following Jumprope dudes videos for a year now. I loose weight slow and like a roller coaster but it stays off. My arms and chest and legs are looking great this week.

  6. Can’t you see results if you do lower intensity and then gradually build
Up the intensity once you’ve gotten used to doing it and once you get leaner?

  7. Hi guys thanks for this another great video! I have a question for you: you claim that in order to lose belly fat or fat in general you need to get in calories deficit but I've noticed that it's not always the case. For example: I alternate strength workouts in the gym and running sessions until 10km. When I run distances like this I tend to burn from 600 to 800 kcal depending on the pace and with a calculated diet I've seen that burning those calories doesn't automatically bring to a fat or weight decrease. Can you tell why is this happening?

  8. What's up Jump Rope dudes! Just 2 questions for you:
    1) Is it a bad idea to do some jump rope with a groin injury? The doc told me I can't be running and need to rest for 6 weeks but he wasn't sure about jump rope and said I should rather not do anything to stay safe… What do you guys think?

    2) What do you guys use to track your time with exercises like this? A phone timer/alarm isn't working for me because I constantly have to set 30 seconds to 10 seconds and press start and stop every time. Is there an app that could help with this or do I have to just watch your guys vids to keep the time up? 😂

    Thanks in advance
