  1. Just completed. Legs feel great, however, do you have one with more calf work? My outer calves get super tight when I run. I end up splitting my runs up so i can foam roll in the middle. Not going to be very practical when I run my half marathon in September.

  2. I was just thinking today about how good I feel after a stretch routine like this, but how I don't always make time for stretching because I feel like I should always be doing more intense exercises. Then when I get hurt I definitely come running back to the stretches haha.

  3. Thank you, Coach! This helped greatly after a 10 mile. Seriously, incorporating yoga into all my workouts has been a life saver…will continue to spread the word

  4. Good Morning from Bonnie Scotland and BOY did I need this DELCIOUS stretch after completing Day 6 of your EPIC NON-STOP PILATES 34 CLASSIC MAT EXERCISES…my muscles certainly felt like my favourite expression of yours currently 'wet noodles' but I needed a break today -Thanks Coach Vigue!

  5. Sean Vigue!! Four and a half years ago, I finally made small but significant decisions for better health. My 3 most significant changes: good cardio, 50 pounds lighter, yet considerably stronger. I'm not boasting. I'm sincerely thanking you for being one of the pieces of the puzzle that have led me to success. You have been part of my success for over 4 years. Merci beaucoup from Ontario Canada.

  6. It felt good to stretch out the muscles and tendons that have been getting tight and plaguing me so I can't go outside very much and exercise. I always suspected there was actually a catering truck beyond the view of the camera. That is probably filmed in a studio using a green screen and those woods are added in later and computer-generated. The wind is just a sound effect, and soon the credits will also include "Mr. Vigue's wardrobe by…."

  7. Thanks for all your help with my flexibility . Now question is i am always tired. No reason for it medically, however my osteopath has come across many postural imbalances that are causing pain and fatigue. After years of this constant fatigue it come down to stress, anxiety and breathing. . What can i do to take care of my shoulder, deltoids, scapula etc. Thank you from Canada
