  1. Quick question… you have a bicep workaround for elbow/forearm tendinitis? Got it (left forearm) and can’t do dumbbells, so I’m using the ex curl bar, but I’m worried about imbalances cause I think my right is compensating for the left… I’m not trying to lose my gains… lol

  3. How do you get such beefy forearms? You said you don't directly train them but your brachioradialises look like they get isolation training. Just genetics?

  4. Yes indeed I will be doing this workout up over the weekend and sum tomorrow to finish out my week. I feel the gains coming along and my bench numbers are going up.
