  1. Bob is a nice device. Just be careful with side kicks and possibly front kicks as Bob weighs ~275# when filled & if you use those kicks at full power the force goes back into you as Bob does not give. I hurt my hip on Bob & have been limping for a year.

  2. I have a very strange kind of similiar training dummy however mine is actually very solid, id say even harder than most normal punching bags, key hard points are the nose, chin, pecs, ribs, and jaw…its making it difficult and twice as annoying to train
