You are doing so good! I am so glad for you! I want to do this keto diet and I have cooked your eggs, onion, mushroom squash meal twice now. I love salad, so that's been going well. But I have mixed a couple of not so nutritious items as a snack, not because I lack willpower, but because I want to get rid of those things. Oh well, I'm eating right to feel better as I'm not overweight. To be honest though, I feel so so so bad. Pain is making me insane and I do not want to get out of bed. I'm praying for healing but He has answered no or not yet. It's all going to work itself out and I'm going to get better some day. Just gotta keep going. God bless you my friend!
