  3. Please i need your 1/2 weight i am thin as hell I'm 22 with 37 kg weight really need help my life sucks though i'm 6'3 i have to worn stitched clothes which even doesnt fit me well I wish i could become like you

    All pop is horrible for you! If you're having trouble cutting back, you may find you were addicted to the burn of the carbonation hitting your throat. My husband and I were able to kick the habit by switching to carbonated water, usually flavoured. We can go through a case a day, so we're finally investing in a SodaStream machine to see if we can cut down the bottle/can waste.

    I also noticed you using Western Family branded stuff; we LOVE their Cucumber Chill. It has two total ingredients, carbonated water and natural flavour. There's a yummy blood orange flavoured one as well.

  5. I had a epiphany a few months back when I got on the the scale and it said 270…. I was like I can't weigh 300 pounds… I KNEW if I kept doing what I was doing I'd inevitably end up there. So I started walking and drinking plenty of water and I lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks but I've been stuck at 240 I've just been lifting weights though and building muscles. I stopped the cardio.

  8. I'm really proud of you! No "diet" foods, goofy milkshakes or prepackaged stuff! You're creating a healthy LIFESTYLE not just a diet. Remaining positive is the most important exercise you can do between your ears too! The attitude is what carries us forward through those times when we plateau or we need to increase our routine. Up our game. I LOVE seeing you so upbeat. Keep it going!

  12. Wonderful quote and so true! Much love 🙂 this is going to be amazing looking back as you document this. Looking great. If you cook things like the curry chicken you can freeze portions for when you don't want to cook, it's great to have a few spare meals.
    Apricot chicken is yummy, 1 tin apricot juice 750ml, 1 sachet of onion soup powder, mixed with the apricot juice. Cube chicken then roll in flour, brown chicken in pot, add apricot/onion soup mix then add as many veg as you want cubed or cut up like in your curry (cauliflower, broccoli, beans, corn, onion, potato, mushrooms etc). Can bake in oven, or cook on pot for approx 1 hr. Great recipe for drumsticks which are cheap. 🙂 It makes a big pot and can be frozen and very yummy, can serve with brown rice – optional.
