Good job! Just remember….self control! Don't use Thanksgiving as an excuse to eat whatever and however much you want. Consistency and persistence are the keys to lose weight long term.
The way I motivate myself @ my boring job,being a maid,is I have my worship music on and in my mind I'm cleaning the house like Jesus is coming to spend the night💖✝️,might sound silly to alot of ppl,but it works for me! #JesusIsComing💓
