  1. Front let yourself get hungry, your body has a metabolism like a furnace, leaving it lacking fuel changes it to starvation mode. I planted a garden this year, put your workout to benefit someone or something, build homes for ppl or garden for your communities. Eating like grazing healthy turned my kids I to the only ones in a multigenerational heavy famil…with no weight issues at all. Much love

Well done Matey, going back to the gym. Weights are good. I watched a women on the news last week who was seventy something doing weight lifting, it supposed to be good for the heart, posture, back, arms, lungs, legs everything obviously if you do it right and don’t injure yourself. Don’t go too heavy 🏋🏼‍♀️

  5. There's a reason they always say " Variety is the spice of life." Spices are everything and you appear to have a good handle on it 🙂 Gym membership, yay! Wish I could get one for use of a treadmill. I don't have room for one in my house or I'd have walked around the world by now!
Lucky you, things are moving in every direction for success in your endeavor. Keep up the faith for it what drives us all. Have a great weekend!

  6. Looking good 🙂 That curry looks amazing. Once your used to cooking home made meals are so much better than the processed crap. Great job. When you start training some mixed nuts and raisins are a great snack. A dash of lemon in water is nice too. 🙂
