  2. SIR,mujhe sirf fittnes ke liye legs, glutes, lower back,shoulder aour belly fat ko kam karna hai mujhe muscle gain nahi karna hai.samajh nahi aata hai ki kon se din kis part ka exercise karu please sir reply de ya ek video banaye jitna jaldi ho sake.
