  1. Awesome vid Josh! Its great to show working out in different locations in your videos because like you say some people do not have access to a gym but pretty much everybody can find outdoor facilities at a park or school in their town! For those who live in extreme rural areas they can always find a tree limb, a beam in the basement, on a deck, or in a barn to hang from to do pullups and pushup variations can be done anywhere!

  2. Hey Josh, I have a question, I'm starting my first Deload week. Do you think I'll gain some fat through out the week? If so should I do light cardio to compromise my fat gain? Great video btw 👍
