  2. Hey guys! I'm doing a bunch of the 30 day series (serieses?) at once, and I have a question.

    My lower abs are way to weak to do many of the ab workouts. I cannot get the form right at all. I can't even do planks as my arms give out before my abs do.

    Where should I start? (I don't have gym access)

  3. I'm not as flexible as you. On the stretches, should I focus on touching my toes with sightly bent knees or should I go as low as possible with a straight leg?
