The description is confusing, can you please explain more clearly? You say perform each exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds, but then you say "one after the other with no rest in between".

This video, just made me get up. I was gonna skip today. Nope going to gym to do some weight sets.

I felt like in alpha mode and so I did it in beasty mode: 1st round 50/10 , 2nd round 45/15 and 40/20 in 3rd. WHY? Cause I could and I'm worth it!!!!
