  1. The description is confusing, can you please explain more clearly? You say perform each exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds, but then you say "one after the other with no rest in between".

  2. I will request for a full video on Nutrition. Proper post workout meal, proper calorie intake, how to make best meal plans on easily available foods, meal plan for early morning Gym goers, meal plan for evening gym goers etc. Thanks in advance. Hoaaah..

    Just wondering why your workouts are male specific? I don't want to raise my testosterone levels but much of your workouts seem to be unisex unless I don't understand the science
