I just found this channel. Just want to say. First of all NEW SUB Second of all you are Wayyyyy to underrated. Need way more subs bro. Thanks for the tips 😀
Hey Ryan! I found your channel recently and love it, however I was wondering if you could make a video about mobility exercises to help improve overall performance.
I current doing you calisthenics for beginners how long should be doing that routine? So I can star doing this routine, and also I have a cat that always is around me when I’m doing you exercises lol good video
Quick questions (sorry I tried finding a forum or email addy on your web page) I started with your beginner set https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ay15dc2cvm0 which is fantastic because it is so scalable and a great workout. 2 questions:
1. How important is form? I can do bent leg body pull ups (5 in a row is a struggle but I rest and work up to 10 per set x 3 sets) but my form sucks whereas I can do 15 with the assistance of a resistance band. Do I go for the harder workout but with sucky form or do I go for the still tough workout (but not close to the intensity) with way better form?
2. Incline push ups vs push ups on knees. I see that you normally say to do incline push ups, is there a reason you don't have people do the push ups from their knees (when I was MUCH younger they called these "girly push ups")
Hello, I 'd like to ask why are you completely avoiding using dumbbells and prefer bands for doing these kind of exercises. Aren't dumbbells more effective for doing bicep curls for example? Your channel is nice and your videos helpful. Keep on!
Great to see, that you like listening to awesome music like Opeth! I just recognized the Windowpane vinyl in the background. Really like your content as well!
Great video! I have a question, what do you recommend for Shoulder Instability? This occurs to me sometimes during pull ups motion, since i have a bike accident a few years ago. I train the other parts and exercise normally. But i'm afraid i can't advance in the pull area
Great content, friend. These videos are of excellent quality and must take much time to prepare and edit. Many thanks for your efforts in giving people knowledge to better themselves. It’s a noble pursuit. All the best to you and yours.
Hehe 😃 'rest day' calisthenics is Greek for 'total overtraining junkie' !!!
Jonny sins is that you
whats the name of the thing that he uses to exercise in front of the door?
I see Opeth – Damnation on vinyl in the background. One of the best albums ever 😎

5:50 watch out for cats crossing your path…😂🤣
4:55 another alternative is to raise one leg from that position and stay
What about forearms?
