This diet video is so helpful and easy resource but I have an question some time I mean in month of last I have no money left in hand that time Soo struggle for follow diets pls suggest which foods are purchase which can store for long time than that use in this time of period? Thankyou brother.Could you please explain about pre workout & post workout meals, are they necessary,what to eat,whether to replace them with breakfast and all.I workout early morning usually get up at 4.30 – 5 and starts working out at 5- 5.30.I'm only a beginner i just wake up early that's all.Thankyou for these tutorials 🤗

  3. Bhai, Thoda weight zyada hai par mein almost saare excercise series ke kar paa raha hun. But still yeh puchna tha ki calisthenics start karne se pehle weight lose karna zaroori hai kya?
