  2. Amazing video Josh!! I've recently just included pistols in my leg routine and it's a killer!

I'd just like to ask something related to handstands.. I've only been practicing mine for about 4 months, 6-7 days a week (just like you) and I'm really starting to get the hang of the kicking up part. However, with regard to having my both legs together forming a straightline (with the aid of the wall), I still couldn't find the balance. The longest I've held was 7 seconds I think.

With kicking up my legs are on a V/L shape, and I haven't really taken the initiative to try and bring them together. And this leads me to the question—do you think I should start practicing closing them together?

And I just want to share that I already started practicing my kickup drills in an open space, without a wall close by! And it feels good man to finally progress into that! Hah I also got the bailing out part down, I now know how to safely exit whenever I'm losing balance. My handstand journey seems to be on the right track buddy.

NOTE: handstands, flexibility and mobility work are the best things in the world. Might be hard in the beginning but are HIGHLY addicting.

  3. Oh man I can't imagine why this guy isn't sitting down after every exercise to look at his phone for 45 minutes. Oh wait that's right he's exercising like you do at the goddamn gym. You're using your phone for anything other than a music player at the gym you're a f**** a******! I will and of course that's doesn't apply to anyone shooting videos for a Channel or something like a business. You guys know who the hell I'm talking about.
