just subscribed. it's amazing how you manage to deliver such good philosophy and positivity, together with very dynamic and athletic movements in your videos. It makes me want to go out there and push myself to the limit, while travelling to find inner peace. You are amazing. Love and respect from Italy ☮
Amazing video Josh!! I've recently just included pistols in my leg routine and it's a killer!
I'd just like to ask something related to handstands.. I've only been practicing mine for about 4 months, 6-7 days a week (just like you) and I'm really starting to get the hang of the kicking up part. However, with regard to having my both legs together forming a straightline (with the aid of the wall), I still couldn't find the balance. The longest I've held was 7 seconds I think.
With kicking up my legs are on a V/L shape, and I haven't really taken the initiative to try and bring them together. And this leads me to the question—do you think I should start practicing closing them together?
And I just want to share that I already started practicing my kickup drills in an open space, without a wall close by! And it feels good man to finally progress into that! Hah I also got the bailing out part down, I now know how to safely exit whenever I'm losing balance. My handstand journey seems to be on the right track buddy.
NOTE: handstands, flexibility and mobility work are the best things in the world. Might be hard in the beginning but are HIGHLY addicting.
Oh man I can't imagine why this guy isn't sitting down after every exercise to look at his phone for 45 minutes. Oh wait that's right he's exercising like you do at the goddamn gym. You're using your phone for anything other than a music player at the gym you're a f**** a******! I will and of course that's doesn't apply to anyone shooting videos for a Channel or something like a business. You guys know who the hell I'm talking about.
Why isn't this guy just sitting there on the bench looking at his phone? Oh yeah cuz this is what exercise looks like you know that stuff you do at a gym.
Good stuff! But if you're a dude who sweats a lot like me, please use something other than the picnic table for shirtless hyperextensions. LOL!! Nice workout, bro.

Alright… so I need to spend a few years making my way up the 10 levels of Convict Conditioning and then I can start a beginner Calisthenics workout.
I have those same brand shoes, but the high tops. Great work! Thank you.

This is the first ever calisthenics video I watched. Never seen anything like this before. So happy I subscribed.
