Do you have any plans/nutrition tips to burn that lower stomach fat? I am exactly the same build as you (albeit 6'2, so appear slimmer) , 9% Body Fat and literally all that remains and I want to burn is lower stomach fat, it drives me mad. Maybe I should go back to Intermittent Fasting… Thank you for videos, they are always great help!
ends up being around $500 to buy everything. I was trying to find a standing pull up bar so I could adjust its height. Do you recommend one in particular? Thanks for the video, really helpful
I know I am late to the party – just found the channel. You said you don't recommend the bosu ball, but I would like to make a recommendation for it. They are great for stability, specifically squats if you flip it over and stand on the flat side. It was a recommended exercise by a physical therapist when I had severe knee pain (won't bore people with the details). The balancing adds a nice challenge to body weight squats as well, teaching even pressure between each leg as well as heel to toe.
Love the videos! Keep up the good work and great content!
BOSU BALL… if you get a second one and put them side to side, I like to jump from one to the other on one leg (like skiing) for extra leg exercises, cardio and balance
I am relatively new to your channel and I have to say the work you do is amazing. Thanks for all the great videos you post. You deserve far more subscribers, it is only a matter of time before your popularity increases.
Hello, very nice videos, I've learned a lot from you. But there still so many routines out there, I don't know what to start with. What's your opinion on THENX?
The stability ball you can use to make a punching maze bag, you just fill it with sand as much as the volume of a human head and hang it by a door or a tree branch.
If you ever update this video, make sure to add your jump rope.
anyone recommend a good dip station available in the UK?
love the circuit but why no dips?
Excelente! what brand of resistance bands do you recommend?
seeing you hang from those rings and that door frame scared the shite out of me.
Jhony Reynolds Jhony Sins + Ryan Reynolds
Buy a doorway pull up bar and gymnastic rings. For 50 bucks you can train your whole upper body at home!

Again – excellent video and advice. I just need to get going now that I found your videos
I can't use the door frame pull up bars. I exceed the 220 lb capacity. Titan makes a good Wall Mounted one that I recommend.
Is that johnny sins?
Anyone else think the same?
They're 12 inches long, they're really big and I like that…
Sorry bro, just had too.. Brilliant video and will be taking on board a lot of your advice! Thankyou!

Rings>>>>>>>Everything else. The world becomes your gym when you buy rings!
But the bosu ball upside down and do one handed pushups or 1 legged pistol squats.
