I'm in the process of incorporating calisthenics into my workout routines just for the core work. Ppl that do calisthenics are usually more slender but they have crazy core strength. I'm going to try this routine as well.. 👍👍👍
Hi Terron, so sorry to trouble you on a question, I willl be out for awhile due to surgery am looking to improve my cardiovasuclar endurance when I am back as I have to go through a 2.4km test annually, any idea how or what to do as I am an ectomorph. Do you have any tips for me regarding this. Thank you

Could you do a video on advice for teenagers, I'm 14 been lifting for 6 months and gained like 6kg which I think is mostly muscle according to my lift gains but I was wondering if you had any advice on how to fit training into like school and everything and how you can get so big but stay so fast because I feel like I've got slower ever since I gained some muscle mass. Btw I love your content because of your humble personality and your unique style of training that is more about staying physically able and enjoying training which I think is more important than just getting big and neglecting your health completely going against the point of 'fitness'. You are a big inspiration because of your story and how you came to be who you are today despite the fact you didn't achieve some of your dreams such as getting into the league but you still strive to improve your weaknesses. Keep it up and I'm sure you will get the viewers you deserve.
Just want to say thank you for all ypur videos. I've been looking into mobility training recently partially because of you. Your video where you deny you're using steroids from I think 3 years ago also shown up in my recommendations, and while watching it I really thought people don't know what they're talking about. I have a friend that's been training for 13 years and he's bigger than you (I know you don't work for hypertrophy and he does thought) and guess what, he never took steroids. Everyone's different, and that's what makes people like me that are not gifted to work harder and seek more information, and you are one of the doors to it so, once again, thank you.
