  1. Kaycee, love the workout but can I work with you on form? You're all over the place with those arms and legs. You need to add the self defense aspect, you're already doing it. But teaching proper form and what the moves are for would add so much.

  2. this is THE best kickboxing workout I've tried to date. I am trying to cut out gym fees but too many videos cater to beginners so I never feel like I get a good workout like the ones I am accustomed to. I am so sore and pumped full of endorphins after this video. please make more advanced kickboxing videos. PLEASE!
