  1. I once found out through personal experience that being dehydrated can have a huge affect on your workout level. Couple of my buddies went to go hang out at the local pool, and I decided to join them before going to the gym. Went went to workout, I first tried to do a bench press and damn near dropped the bar on me. I learned 2 lessons that day. First the sun can very quickly zap energy out of your body, and second it's not a good idea to try to workout when dehydrated.

  2. You should get mono-lifts for the rack. It will save your shoulders when benching. Also, good for squats. Invest in a CXT 200 Functional trainer cable machine. It fits nice in the corner and out of the way and would complete your gym. It’s actually better than what commercial gyms offer and you get to write it off your taxes for your business.   3. Please put out a 5/3/1 program with bench deadlifts and the squat as your primary lifts. It will be interesting to see the BUFF DUDES hit their one rep max for the first time since the bulking plan and get those balloons.

  4. quick question, you think you guys could try an olympic weightlifting or strongman program, just to see if they are any better for muscle building and strength than the standard powerlifts i see from you guys?

  5. Putting buff dudes in a video title definitely helps to get attention. Just saying. But I am here because I work out or I'm trying to get into it, so I'm not just here for eye candy.
