Dumbbells are accessory exercises. You’ll get way better results using barbells. Once you can hit 315×5 bench, 225×5 ohp, 455×5 squat, and 500×3 deadlift then play with you’re dumbbells.

A good tip on the dumbbell press/fly, rotate the dumbbell as you're moving up so the outside ends come together at the top for a 180 turn, which gets a good extra squeeze across your pecs.

In my opinion the Dumbell is always superiour over the Barbell 80 % of the Time. Maybe not for bent over Rows, Maybe not for Sqatting
