  1. Thanks for this!!!! Just became a dad and do not have time to hit the gym anymore,so had to change my shift patterns to nights only. So during the day I look after my son and try and get a work out in with only dumbbells in the lounge while I entertain him.

  2. Dumbbells are accessory exercises. You’ll get way better results using barbells. Once you can hit 315×5 bench, 225×5 ohp, 455×5 squat, and 500×3 deadlift then play with you’re dumbbells.

  3. A good tip on the dumbbell press/fly, rotate the dumbbell as you're moving up so the outside ends come together at the top for a 180 turn, which gets a good extra squeeze across your pecs.
