Unfortunately this dumbbell exercise was pointless. The chest is a large muscle group with different sections. If to do a chest workout like flat incline or decline, make sure you're sticking to that part of the chest for the whole entire workout you're confusing the muscle!
ELbows flared out and going below 90 degrees. This is a good way to wear out your shoulder. Do gear, get muscles, and anybody will believe what you say i guess.

It's not dumbbells only … You have bench for the proper stretch of chest. Useless for me because I don't own such bench at home.
