  4. I love you so much! Your workouts are so much fun to follow along with! I’ve been working out for 3 years and it became one of my biggest passions but recently I’ve been in a bit of a funk. Getting to the gym has been increasingly difficult and my motivation has been at an all time low. But you’re videos really inspire me to get back into it!!! Just finished this upper body workout and my arms are on 🔥🔥🔥🔥 thank you so much!!

  5. I wish you did a farther away view so I can see your stance when using the cable machine! Lol I get super nervous at the gym so if I could just study your stance that be perfect 😅😅😭

  6. Huge thanks for taking the time to post these videos. Love the idea of combining the lat cable pull down with the tricep pull down and alternate them. Gonna give it a try.
