I wish you did a farther away view so I can see your stance when using the cable machine! Lol I get super nervous at the gym so if I could just study your stance that be perfect 😅😅😭
Huge thanks for taking the time to post these videos. Love the idea of combining the lat cable pull down with the tricep pull down and alternate them. Gonna give it a try.
