  5. I'd love to follow your workouts as basis for my workout since I don't have enough time to create my own program. What do you suggest the order of your videos i should follow. I'd like to tone arms & legs and get back my abs & core workout.

  6. Can’t wait to do these tomorrow and I have two questions one can I do these while watching tv or will it be a distraction and second question where do you go to film these videos at? Love these type of videos I have lost a total of 50 more pounds since I’ve started doing them

I did this workout after watching this video and i’m definitely gonna do it tomorrow,,, i have been practicing basketball since i was 7 years old and now i’m 17 years old but i have a problem and that’s i get tired easily and i don’t know if it’s because of the kind of food i eat or because of what? What do i do
