  1. I learned today that I have zero bending ability, zero stamina, zero breathing ability, and sweat by simply moving around. Good first start Id say.

  2. Good video …. my advice though would be to trust yourself (teaching style) and trust word of mouth (increased hits and therefore advertising revenue) rather than giving the hard sell at the end.
