  1. The scale fluctuates ALL. THE. TIME. I remember being 179 one day during a cleanse, and the very next day I was at 181 🤷‍♀️ but I had lost a ton of inches. Don't be too discouraged by the scale! You did so awesome this month! You seriously are slimming down!

  2. Just know that when you go from 190 to 191 ur not “really” gaining fat. If anything (especially for women) its from holding on to water or even all ur food hasn’t digested from the night before. So ur weight will fluctuate but every week it will go down even if the scale comes up some. I love these videos btw!!!

  3. Keep going girl! Slow and steady weight loss is best in the long run, so you're doing great! Remember weight fluctuates with water retention and whatever other factors. Maybe try concentrating on some no scale victories such as using clothing or measurements to see progress !! You're inspiring 😊
