    Now ive heard your story , life happens and throws us curves , and yes food becomes alot of things to ppl….but yes it takes smaller steps to get back to where you want to be

  3. What can I do now…. I will use this mantra in my life as well. And reducing my expectations will help me as well. I love you. I'm on Keto and Intermittent fasting. I'm having trouble sticking to Keto. Carbs you see. I've managed to drop 12lb still. Slowly but surely. Baby steps… Take away…. Baby steps.

  4. I’ve tried a lot of those diets too and your right you learn something with every diet plan. I started a long time ago and it seems I’ve had to become more strict along the way but it’s been a process and I am happy with it.     It’s pretty strict and it took me a long time to get to this point but my health required me to get things in check and fast.
