What can I do now…. I will use this mantra in my life as well. And reducing my expectations will help me as well. I love you. I'm on Keto and Intermittent fasting. I'm having trouble sticking to Keto. Carbs you see. I've managed to drop 12lb still. Slowly but surely. Baby steps… Take away…. Baby steps.
I’ve tried a lot of those diets too and your right you learn something with every diet plan. I started a long time ago and it seems I’ve had to become more strict along the way but it’s been a process and I am happy with it.
