  1. I’m commenting because your Fasting Day 2 video has comments disabled. The link for the Keto Testing Strips is sold out. Is there a difference in results from blood and urine tests? Is there other options you prefer? I’m totally okay if you share on IG stories and would be forever grateful for a swipe up to purchase an alternative product. 🙏🏻

    This video inspired me to prepare for the holidays, and I wrote out a fasting schedule for this month, so I would love to use the strips to track my progress during fasting.

  4. Thank you! Needed to hear this! I partied hard this past Summer and gained 10 pounds. I'm back on track with exercising and making other changes concerning my diet….mainly not eating out 4 or more times a week and have cut back on the adult beverages. Happy Holidays! I'm enjoying watching your videos.

After I heard you were a life coach I saw how you understood so much about human behavior. From all the years of losing and gaining weight I found that maintaining the weight is truly the hard part.

  6. Yes, yes, yes to everything you said! I was once one of the "everything in moderation" folks.. but this past July I threw it out the window, along with my excuses concerning nutrition. It was the best thing I could've done. After five months, my clothes fit better and I'm so close to achieving my own fitness goals. It takes hard work and mindset is probably the hardest thing to get right. I always thought I had it together, but boy was I wrong. haha! I'm excited for the new year and to finally be in maintenance mode. I love your message and I love this video! I'll definitely be sharing!

    My weight has been slowly decreasing all year. It’s been tough. Agree, a diet isn’t something you follow for a few weeks then do whatever you feel like.

    Had an obviously overweight woman try to sell me diet shakes in the past. When I looked at the source I thought “no thanks”.
