  1. ur front delts seem overdevelopped.. maybe u should do less front raises cuz u get plenty of front delt work by all the pressing movements.. do more lateral raises nd rear delt flys instead (and do them at the beginning of ur workout) so that u get a much rounder look of ur shoulders

  2. When ur targeting side delts, use a very light weight 15-20 reps proper form, dont swing the weight up, and dont raise it all the way up above your shoulders, this will target more of traps than side delts
