  1. Just a quick note….THANK YOU for all your support this year, your comments make my day every time I upload! 💛Also I smile and laugh when I get nervous sooo I'm sorry if that came across the wrong way when explaining my diet changes at the end. Xx

  2. I am so happy just to be apart of your every day journey. I honestly love all your home recipes that you give, it’s been helping me not eat out and avoid process food while cutting back on red meats. I’m happy for you and will continue to support you all the way from Texas. Merry Christmas Bonny 💛

  3. I don't judge you at all Bonny. We go back into denial about how the reality of the slaughter house process is, when we really still of course care! But we feel helpless that it will ever change anyways… AND if we struggle with illness – physical or mental, We need to sometimes eat things that maybe we'd rather not if we had a choice – but you can feel stuck. You can also feel too restricted and get into a disordered mindset too. So some people need to just eat meat again. But i hope you'll never completely go back into denial. You need to of course not restrict if perhaps you've had anorexia or orthorexia (i don't know) but to just also eat dairy and milk again – just mindlessly when you don't have to at all – i don't understand how you have come to that conclusion. Also DAIRY is so bad for your gut and hormones – so please be careful not to just slip back into eating whatever again. For your own healths sake – and also…. it is completely you life and choice – but maybe just…. I hope you don't just completely think only of yourself when it comes to diet. forever. Right now you have to, But never forget….. never forget – the animals suffer and forever will suffer unless we change our diet habits.

    I am vegan because i get very sick from meat (how different we are) , but i don't judge you for eating animals. Because I am sick myself, and i know how desperate you get and just want to be happy and FEEL good. Illness in all forms suck. So we need help in any way we can and we need kindness.

  4. Don't worry, eating animal foods is normal and you are looking better than without them, keep it up girl. I'd rec. You start eating beef though, chicken is fine in between but is mostly full of Omega 6 fatty acids which are not that great. Also try raw milk cheese if at all possible.

  5. OMG CAN YOU BE ANY MORE STUPIDER AND IGNORANT !!!!!!!! SERIOSULY THIS SYSTEM IF SO CORRUPTED DUHHHH THEY WANT YOU TO EAT MEAT AND NOT HEAL… SO SMART NO PLANT BASED DOCTORS INSTEAD YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING WRONG. DID DIDN'T RESEARCH AT ALL I MEAN COME ON DR. SEBI, DAN MCDONALD, LOU CORONA, MARKUS ROTHKRNAZ MANY MORE OUT THERE LIKE GOJI MAN… SUCH A DISGRACE TO HEAR EATING POOR INNOCENT CHICKENS YOU WERE NEVER VEGAN IN THE FIRST PLEACE. THERE WAS A SOLUTION YOUR LAZY ASS DIDN'T LOOK ENOUGH.

  6. Sad to see another ex-plant based…You were never vegan. Veganism means not being perfect but understanding that any exploitation of sentient being is wrong. It is true that our bodies are different but if you are really determined and you are focused on the victims you can definitely find a way of eating plant based that works for your digestion. I don't know about the "specialists" you've consulted but there are many more and I'm sure you could of found some competent enough to help you while remaining plant based. Strange how you have been healthy for a long time eating ethical. You are finding excuses
    I believe the real reason you are nervous to admit the transition is because you know it is wrong. You are no longer aligning your actions with the morals you once claimed to have, and that determined so many people to follow you. I don't agree with the hate of some in the vegan community but we can all understand most vegans being disappointment. It is understandable to make mistakes but to make peace with this transition just by excusing yourself with your digestive problems, to ease your conscience and gain the sympathy of your followers is unacceptable from my point of view. You now imply that it is ok to harm and exploit animals sometimes.
    The difference between you and someone who has never tried to be vegan is most likely that you made that connection that most non-vegans did not. When you make the connection and you go back, it shows that you are a selfish person.
    Being selfish is not a crime and is not even an insult. Being a mature person and taking responsibility for your actions means accepting who you are and who you choose to be without hiding behind excuses.
    As an "ex-(fake)vegan" you perpetuate the idea that veganism is not the best choice, that it is too extreme and that we don't really need to be vegan.
    No I don't hate you at all but Yes, I am disappointed, No I don't understand you nor agree with you. Hope you exercise empathy enough to become a more altruistic person and realise how wrong you are. Take care

  7. Glad you’re mental health is getting better and you’re adding more variety into your diet but I can help and feel bad for the chickens 😔

  8. 1 Timothy Chapter 4 verse1
    Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
    1Tim 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
    1Tim 4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
    1Tim 4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
    1Tim 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

  9. I agree with this so much! More people need to see that a diet doesn't need to have a label or be so restrictive. I hope we learn to be more accepting and loving x Thank you for your honesty, Bonny 🙂

  10. Bonnie, you are so inspirational. I am also a post-vegan and I struggle with the guilt of not being vegan anymore. My diet now is SO similar to yours and it feels really nice to know that there is someone out there going through the same thing. Thank you!!! 🙂
