This guy is misinformed like most people …Simple calorie deficit and burning calories through exercise won't give you sustainable permanent long-term weight loss because of the magic of insulin, and insulin resistance .you've got to learn about fasting …and intermittent fasting ..it's really and truly the only way the body goes to the fat for energy as opposed to glycogen and glucose and all the other primary sources.
    This is the most important information you'll ever know Dr. Fung will explain it.. Google him
