Sooo I bought a sweat belt just from Walmart I think it was golds gym but I think I need to be smaller because i have the “bottom” stomach and it doesn’t cover everything 🙄 ANDD I saw another YouTube actually try on like a sweat thing for the arms sis she found it on amazon 😂 idk it it actually works but they have them out here and ones for your thighs too 👀

So when you use the sweat vests/bands does it help burn more calories or are you just losing water weight?
