I have the first patch they show, and I didn't get instructions. But on the website I bought it from it says to put one on every 48 hours. But only for 8-12 hours each time. So would it still work if you are only putting it on every 2nd day?
I have a stupid question, once you peel off the backing, and the circle, do you place the circle on you and cover it up with the big sticky?? I received no instructions with this

They don’t stay on very well. I have tried all of the areas it suggests in the instructions but it starts peeling off after a few hours. The only place I can get it to stay is on my breast behind my bra.
