It would have been better if I found out this unique “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a few years back. I reduced 12 pounds in three weeks so far. There is still need of exercises even just a few times a week as well as the meals to nibble on should be ideal. It showed remarkable results for me. I agree with Freba91. The only " magic" cure for weight loss is a sensible , low carb diet and exercise – at the very least , Dr Oz was very misleading here and since he has a huge audience , I think he was remiss in hyping any type of diet pill .
